Refund policy

Because our products are made to order through our print partners, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to love your purchase, so please review the following refund and replacement guidelines:

1. Order Issues Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design.

  • Your order is lost in transit (after the maximum shipping time has passed).

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue

2. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Because each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind.”

  • Incorrect sizes ordered (please check our size guides carefully).

  • Color differences between your screen and the physical product (minor variations may occur).

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier that are outside our control.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, email us at Into@nordaactivelifestyle.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the product and issue

  3. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your case and coordinate with the production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

Note: Since all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns to our office. Please do not send products back to the sender address on the package.
