When will my order ship?
Orders take 2–5 business days to process. Shipping takes 5–10 business days within EU/US/Canada, and 7–20 business days internationally.

Can I return my order?
Because our products are custom-made, we only offer refunds or replacements if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit. Please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production (usually within 12 hours of placing the order).

I entered the wrong address – what now?
If you notify us within 24 hours, we can update the address. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds if the order has already shipped.

Shipping times?
EU/US/Canada: 5–10 business days. International: 7–20 business days. Processing: 2–5 business days.
